SOCLEMA offers you a turnkey system for sampling of Syngas from pyrogazification.

This is a ready-to-use system that allows the sample to be passed successively through heated and cooled bottles. This TAR PROTOCOL sampling system has been designed to allow a quick implementation and a easy handling.

The system proposed by SOCLEMA is composed of 2 tanks, one with a heated bath, the other with a cold bath, a removable part on which the bottles are fixed, a Peltier module for cooling, a mass flow meter and a circulation pump. Inlet/outlet connections are made by quick couplings.

Here are the main advantages of this system:

• Easy to use without dry ice thanks to the Peltier module
• Better bubbling and gas exchange in isopropanol due to the elongated shape of the bottles
• Limited influence of the outside temperature due to the reinforced insulation of the tanks
• Better thermal conductivity thanks to the machining of the tanks
• Better cold transfer thanks to the machining of cold tank to the shape of the bottles
• Visualization of fluid circulation thanks to the PFA tube connecting the bottles
• Precise adjustment of the flow rate and calculation of the transferred volume using the mass flow meter
• No risk of overpressure due to the safety valve on the heating tank
• Safety and ease of disassembly thanks to the toggle latches
