Our customer ENGIE's requirement was for a modular, mobile sampling bench that could be used to take spot samples of the synthesis gas produced. Already equipped with a similar set of cases, the customer wanted to duplicate the equipment to take more samples simultaneously. The equipment had to be compact, so that it could be transported and operated by one person. It also had to be adaptable to the different configurations encountered at the process tapping points, and compatible with the other suitcases already supplied by SOCLEMA.

The solution proposed by SOCLEMA is a set of 3 cases and a heated line.

\n\n\n\n

A sample conditioning case that includes a Peltier heat exchanger and a coalescing filter, to cool the sample and trap liquid residues before the sensitive materials.

\n\n\n\n

A sampling case which includes the mass flow controller and the pump for sampling ports where the sample is under vacuum.

\n\n\n\n

An electrical distribution case with associated cables for powering equipment. The connecting cables supplied have specific connectors for each voltage, making connections easy and error-free.

\n\n\n\n

A heated line, self-regulating up to 200°C, allowing connection of the sampling point to the desired case.
