In order to offer you complete sampling solutions, SOCLEMA presents its range of sampling accessories, complementary to the main sampling products.
SOCLEMA provides housings for temperature measurement, safety manifolds for gas pressure reduction, connection flanges, systems for adapting analyzers on sampling probes, as well as thermostatic valves to control the temperature instrumentation systems installed in cabinets and to detect possible anomalies of sample temperature after cooling by exchanger.
Insulating protection for sampling
SOCLEMA offers insulating protections designed to insulate the area around the sample take-off, including valves, sampling probes, regulators and all sampling equipment located directly at the sampling point. This insulation avoids the creation of condensation and the problems that ensue.

GENIE GPR-ACC security manifoldfor pressure reduction
SOCLEMA offers safety manifolds for gas pressure regulation. These assemblies consist of a manometer, a ball valve and a valve and are used with the Genie ® regulators or the Genie ® regulating probes. These sets allow to control the pressure in the outlet of the regulator and to block the flow in case of overpressure.

Flanges for connecting sample probes on tap
In addition to its products, SOCLEMA offers a complete range of flanges allowing you to connect the sampling probes to your process taps. By working with local, performing and reactive partners, we can respond quickly, with standard or tailor-made solutions.
We offer you a wide choice of:

Moisture-proof bags for boxes
SOCLEMA offers Humidisorb pouches to fight against the effects of humidity on electronic components present in boxes, cases or cabinets.
Size of the bags:
- 2″ x 2″ (5.08 cm x 5.08 cm) for a volume to be protected of 3.28 dm3
- 4″ x 4″ (10.16 cm x 10.16 cm) for a volume to be protected of 56 dm3
- 7″ x 13″ (17.78 cm x 33.02 cm) for a volume to be protected of 0.7 m3
Anti-humidity and anti-corrosion bags for enclosures
SOCLEMA offers Humidisorb + X-Corrode pouches to fight against the effects of humidity and corrosion on electronic components present in boxes, cases or cabinets.

In-line thermal safety valve for high temperature samples - HST
HST valves prevent an overheated sample from reaching the analyzer and other electronic instruments and damaging it. The sample normally passes through the open valve when the sample temperature is below the valve set point. If the sample temperature exceeds this set point, the HST valve closes. When the temperature drops below the set point, the valve opens again.
- Maximum working pressure: 207 bar (3000 psi)
- Maximum temperature: 149°C
- Possible opening temperatures from 37 to 85°C
- Seal material : EDPM / Viton or Kalrez
- Connection: 1/2" NPT
Heating assembly ITCH for enclosure
The heating assembly allows the enclosure to be kept at a certain temperature thanks to a steam supply and avoids overheating which could damage the delicate instruments.
- Maximum working pressure: 13.8 bar (200 psi)
- Maximum temperature: 121°C
- Connection: 3/8" OD
