SOCLEMA offers separators that allow you to block certain types of liquids, such as water or hydrocarbons, in your liquid samples for analysis. We offer separators that are specially designed for sampling with a reduced purge time and minimal dead volume.
Our products use two different separation technologies: cyclonic separation and membrane separation. Our hydrocarbon cyclon separators are used to treat industrial effluents by separating hydrocarbons from water, while our membrane separators remove liquids such as water from hydrocarbons.

The standard materials used for our separators are the 316 stainless steel and the fluoroelastomer (Viton type) or perfluoroelatomer seals (Kalrez type). Other materials, such as Hastelloy, Incoloy or Monel are possible upon request. We can also supply stainless steel separators with Sulfinert treatment.
