{"id":5973,"date":"2020-10-14T12:02:11","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T10:02:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soclema.com\/?p=5973"},"modified":"2020-10-21T09:40:55","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T07:40:55","slug":"cannes-de-prelevement-genie-securite-hydrogene","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/soclema.com\/les-actualites\/2020\/10\/14\/cannes-de-prelevement-genie-securite-hydrogene\/","title":{"rendered":"Cannes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement GENIE et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 hydrog\u00e8ne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne<\/strong> est utilis\u00e9 depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es dans l&#8217;industrie et suscite aujourd&#8217;hui beaucoup d&#8217;espoir pour le r\u00f4le qu&#8217;il pourrait jouer dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2 et la transition \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<p>On nous pose de plus en plus souvent la question de la compatibilit\u00e9 de nos cannes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons avec ce gaz.<br \/>\nL&#8217;usage de l&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne pose en effet de <strong>nombreux probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> qu&#8217;il convient de prendre en compte. L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est un gaz incolore et inodore, il n\u2019est donc pas spontan\u00e9ment d\u00e9tectable par nos sens. Ni toxique ni explosif, dilu\u00e9 dans l\u2019air, il devient inflammable et potentiellement explosif dans certaines conditions. Il faut donc prendre toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne se r\u00e9pande hors des enceintes o\u00f9 il est stock\u00e9 ou des canalisations dans lesquelles il circule.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sont de nature \u00e0 augmenter le risque :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong> La facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 fuir<\/strong>: La petite taille de sa mol\u00e9cule et sa faible viscosit\u00e9 permettent \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne de traverser des ouvertures de taille extr\u00eamement faible. Le risque de fuite lorsqu\u2019un circuit n\u2019est pas parfaitement \u00e9tanche est donc plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne qu\u2019avec la plupart des autres gaz.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>La perm\u00e9ation \u00e0 travers les mat\u00e9riaux:<\/strong> Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne lui permettent \u00e9galement de traverser certains mat\u00e9riaux par perm\u00e9ation. C\u2019est le cas en particulier d\u2019un certain nombre de mat\u00e9riaux polym\u00e8res. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019un \u00e9coulement, la perm\u00e9ation est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de diffusion chimique \u00e0 travers un mat\u00e9riau des atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne provenant de la dissociation des mol\u00e9cules \u00e0 la surface de ce mat\u00e9riau. Le moteur de cette diffusion est la diff\u00e9rence de concentration ou de pression partielle de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne entre les parois du mat\u00e9riau.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>La fragilisation de certains mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques:<\/strong> Il s\u2019agit de la propension des atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans certains alliages m\u00e9talliques, endommageant la structure cristalline, rendant le mat\u00e9riau fragile et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la propagation des micro-fissures notamment sous contrainte. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de corrosion fissurante peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 provoquer des ruptures brutales du mat\u00e9riau bien en dessous de sa limite de rupture en l\u2019absence d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Les alliages d\u2019aluminium sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral assez peu sensibles \u00e0 la fragilisation, de m\u00eame que les aciers inoxydables du type 316L. Au contraire, les aciers ferritiques sont souvent sensibles \u00e0 cette fragilisation.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>La tr\u00e8s faible \u00e9nergie d\u2019inflammation:<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9nergie minimale d\u2019inflammation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019air est plus de 10 fois inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du propane ou du gaz naturel, et son domaine inflammable \u00e0 pression et temp\u00e9rature ambiantes est tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendu (de 4% \u00e0 75% en volume). La probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019inflammation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019air est donc tr\u00e8s grande, m\u00eame si des pr\u00e9cautions sont prises pour \u00e9viter toute flamme ou \u00e9tincelle \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la zone \u00e0 risque.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Les caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques de la flamme d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne:<\/strong> La flamme d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est tr\u00e8s peu \u00e9clairante car le rayonnement de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne chauff\u00e9 se situe essentiellement dans le domaine ultra-violet. Le rayonnement le plus visible (de couleur orang\u00e9e) se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au niveau de la vapeur d\u2019eau r\u00e9sultant de la combustion, tandis que le c\u0153ur de la flamme tr\u00e8s chaud (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 000\u00b0C) est pratiquement invisible dans le jour. Cette caract\u00e9ristique constitue un danger suppl\u00e9mentaire en particulier pour les \u00e9quipes d\u2019intervention en cas d\u2019incendie.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Le risque de d\u00e9tonation:<\/strong> Sous certaines conditions (\u00e9nergie d\u2019inflammation \u00e9lev\u00e9e, obstacles acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la flamme, niveau de turbulence important) et lorsque la concentration en hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019air est comprise entre 11% et 59%, il peut y avoir d\u00e9tonation. La d\u00e9tonation se caract\u00e9rise par un front de flamme se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant \u00e0 vitesse supersonique accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019ondes de choc. Elle conduit \u00e0 un danger suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport \u00e0 la d\u00e9flagration d\u00fb \u00e0 de fortes surpressions capables de se propager \u00e0 grandes distances et pouvant provoquer des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts graves sur les b\u00e2timents et des risques tr\u00e8s accrus pour les personnes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3102 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/soclema.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cannes-de-pre\u0301le\u0300vement-GENIE-755-GENIE-702.jpg\" alt=\"Cannes de pre\u0301le\u0300vement-GENIE 755 &amp; GENIE 702\" width=\"312\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/soclema.com\/les-actualites\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cannes-de-pre\u0301le\u0300vement-GENIE-755-GENIE-702.jpg 312w, https:\/\/soclema.com\/les-actualites\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cannes-de-pre\u0301le\u0300vement-GENIE-755-GENIE-702-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 312px) 100vw, 312px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s des recherches approfondies, A+ Corporation a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que les sondes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement GENIE constituent un moyen s\u00fbr et efficace pour \u00e9chantillonner des fluides contenant <u>moins de 30 % d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau standard de construction pour la plupart des produits GENIE est l&#8217;acier inoxydable 316\/316L . Ce mat\u00e9riau est acceptable pour une utilisation dans les canalisations d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les composants de tuyauterie selon la norme ASME B31.12-2014: <em>Hydrogen Piping and Pipelines<\/em>. Cependant, des fuites de gaz peuvent se produire m\u00eame avec des mat\u00e9riaux de construction appropri\u00e9s. Etant donn\u00e9 que la plupart des sondes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement GENIE rejettent dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re une partie du gaz process au moment de leur installation et de leur entretien, les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre suivies tr\u00e8s attentivement lorsque l&#8217;on travaille avec des gaz contenant de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<strong> Il est \u00e9galement imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019avoir une composition pr\u00e9cise du flux pour s\u2019assurer que ces niveaux sont maintenus.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En raison des pr\u00e9occupations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9es \u00e0 une fuite d&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne et du fait que les produits GENIE n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7us ou test\u00e9s en service hydrog\u00e8ne, A+ Corporation recommande aux utilisateurs finaux de faire preuve de la plus grande prudence lorsqu&#8217;ils s\u00e9lectionnent des composants qui serviront dans des process contenant plus de 30% d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne en volume. Dans ce type de configuration, A+ CORPORATION ne recommande pas l\u2019utilisation de composants o\u00f9 des fuites pourraient se produire en fonctionnement normal, tels que les <strong>produits contenant des presse-\u00e9toupes, des joints dynamiques, des soupapes ou des \u00e9vents atmosph\u00e9riques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A+ Corporation suit les lignes directrices de la NFPA 497, 2017: Recommended Practice for the Classification of Flammable Liquids, Gases, or Vapors and of Hazardous (Classified) Locations for Electrical Installations in Chemical Process Areas, dans laquelle il est recommand\u00e9 de faire preuve des m\u00eame pr\u00e9cautions pour les m\u00e9langes gaz process\/carburant contenant plus de 30% d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne en volume que pour des fluides contenant 100% d&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Les produits A+ Corporation n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us sp\u00e9cialement pour le service hydrog\u00e8ne et ne sont pas non plus test\u00e9s en service hydrog\u00e8ne.
