Rules of the raffle game organized by SOCLEMA during the Solutions Mesures Expo exhibition from October 16 to 17, 2024
Article 1: Game organization
The company SOCLEMA, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 388 279 572, whose registered office is located at 4 rue des roses 69280 Sainte-Consorce (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), is organizing a game as part of the MESURES SOLUTIONS EXPO 2024 trade show (hereinafter referred to as "the Game").
Article 2: Purpose of the Game
The game, which is free and with no obligation to buy, involves filling in a paper entry form, choosing a ball from the tray, entering the ball number on the form and placing the lottery ball in the ball-drop machine.
Within the framework of the Game, a draw will determine the winner from among the participants (hereinafter "the Participants").
Participation in the Game implies participants' unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety (hereinafter "the Rules").
Article 3: Date and duration of the Game
The game takes place from Wednesday, October 16 to Thursday, October 17, 2024 at MESURES SOLUTIONS EXPO 2024 in Lyon.
Article 4: Conditions of participation and validity of participation
4-1. Conditions of participation
The Game is open to all natural persons of legal age present at MESURES SOLUTIONS EXPO 2024 and wishing to participate, up to a limit of 90 participants (number of balls in the ball-drop machine).
Persons having collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their respective direct families, employees of the Organizer or subcontractors of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, are not authorized to participate in the Game.
The entry form must include the following information: surname, first name, company name, postcode/city, e-mail address and telephone number.
The check box "I unreservedly accept the rules of the game contest" must be ticked.
Once the ballot has been completed by the participant, he/she must finalize his/her entry by placing the lottery ball corresponding to the number on his/her ballot in the ball-drop machine.
4-2. Validity of participation
Only one entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the Game.
Any participation in the Game will be considered invalid in the event of inaccuracy of identity, means of contact, non-acceptance of the conditions of participation, or in the event of multiple participations, rendering the participation null and void.
The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw any entry form that does not comply with these Rules, particularly if it is incomplete or illegible.
Article 5: Designation of winners
It has been agreed that the draw will be carried out manually on Thursday October 17 at 3pm.
Any entry form containing a false declaration or an erroneous and/or incomplete declaration and/or not respecting the present Rules (multiple entries for example), drawn at random will be considered null and void and will lead to the designation of another participant by a new draw carried out.
Article 6: Designation of Lots
The Game, by raffle, is endowed with the following prizes, in order of raffle; i.e. the first winner will be awarded prize No. 1, the second winner drawn at random will be awarded prize No. 2 and so on, following the list of prizes designated below:
1. 1 bottle of champagne
2. 1 box of chocolates
3. 1 Waterman pen
4. 1 Stanley multifunction pliers
The raffle will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 3 p.m. with a total of 4 winners receiving the prize corresponding to their raffle order.
Article 7: Information and publication of the name(s) of the winner(s)
The names of the winners will be announced orally and recorded in writing at the time of the draw by the Organizer on Thursday 17/10/2024, who will not be able to influence the draw in any way, since the winner will be selected at random by the manual raffle of a ball by spinning the ball-drop machine in the presence of witnesses.
Article 8: Delivery of prizes and place of collection
The winner(s) will take possession of their prize at the time of the raffle by the Organizer, at the end of the raffle.
If the winner(s) is/are absent at the time of the raffle, and therefore from the delivery of the prize, he/she/they will be informed by the Organizer by means of an e-mail and/or a telephone call. The prizes concerned will be sent by post or delivered in person by thesales team.
If the e-mail address is incorrect or does not correspond to that of the winner(s), or if for any other reason related to technical problems that do not allow the information e-mail to be sent correctly, the Organizer cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
The unreachable winner will not be entitled to any prize, compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever.
The lot awarded is personal and non-transferable.
In addition, the prize may under no circumstances be contested by the winner, nor may it be exchanged or given in exchange for any other consideration whatsoever.
Article 9: Promotional operations
Any participant in the Game who completes and submits the entry form to the Organizer authorizes the Organizer to use his/her personal information for promotional purposes in any medium of its choice, without this communication giving rise to any right to remuneration or compensation, in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
Article 10: Protection of personal data and image rights
The personal data collected in the context of participation in the Game is kept and used by the Organizer for the purposes of participation and the awarding of prizes.
In accordance with the "loi informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Participants may withdraw their consent at any time and have the right to access, rectify, modify or delete their personal data. All requests should be sent by post to the Organizer's address: SOCLEMA, Service Communication, 4 rue des roses, 69280 Sainte-Consorce, France.
Article 11: Responsibility of the Organizer
Participants acknowledge and accept that the sole obligation of the Organizer under the Game is to submit the entries collected to the raffle, provided that their participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prize(s) to the winner(s), according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Rules.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind whatsoever.
Article 12: Contesting the Game
Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the raffle must be made by simple letter addressed to the Organizer at the following address: SOCLEMA, Service Communication, 4 rue des roses, 69280 Sainte-Consorce, France.
This letter must indicate the precise date of participation in the Game, the full contact details of the player and the exact No challenge will be taken into account eight(8) days after the close of the Game.
No other method of dispute or claim can be taken into account.
No request or claim concerning the application or interpretation of the present Rules will be entertained.
Article 13: Force majeure and reservations
The Organizer may not be held liable if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, the Game has to be modified, shortened or cancelled. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the Rules, in particular to disqualify any participant who has made an inaccurate or misleading statement or .
Article 14: Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Regulations are governed by French law.
Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be settled exclusively by the competent civil court of Lyon.
Article 15: Submission and consultation of the Regulations
