
The main difficulty in analyzing Syngas is the presence of tar. Aerosols and tar deposits generate high maintenance costs and can damage analyzers or make them less reliable.
The SyngasClean system provides a turnkey solution for sampling syngas from pyrolysis gasification.
It enables the sample to be conditioned before passing through the analyzers, by cooling it to condense any tar or oily residues, and separating them from the gas phase using a cyclone separator. The system also separates particles.
Several formats are available for indoor or outdoor use.
