GENIE 702 sampling probes enable continuous gas-phase sampling of underground gas pipelines .
This probe model is designed to sample at a specific depth in a pressurized line.
Each length, up to 3 meters, is tailor-made to suit each application.
The Model 702 sampling rprobe is fitted with the GENIE membrane at its tip, which eliminates particles and liquids under source conditions, preserving sample integrity and protecting the sampling and analysis systems.
Thepressure-balancing system makes it possible to insert the 702 probe without depressurizing the pipe, without forcing it and without using hydraulic or pneumatic tools. The probe is simply inserted by means of a crank handle. Once the probe has been inserted, the installation housing can be replaced by a shorter one (30cm) which will accommodate the partially raised probe before a piston is inserted.
As part of its continuous improvement policy, A+ Corporation strives to make its products even more effective and safer. That's why GENIE 702 sampling probes now come with additional ball valves, which will facilitate their operation, maintenance and troubleshooting in the field. These two valves, one located just above the body and the other at the top of the 12″ (30cm) sleeve, enable users to partially raise the probe in the event of line scraping, or in the event of a malfunction (rod damaged after the passage of a piston or damaged seals) without having to depressurize the pipe.
A+ Corporation recommends modifying all GENIE 702 sampling probes already in service and adding these valves.
