This sampling probe is a great success in the field!
With this GENIE 701 portable sampling probe, taking a spot gas sample from a pressurized line is quick, easy and risk-free.
In fact, the rod can be inserted very easily via a 1/2″ full bore valve simply by turning the handle. No special tools are required. The stainless steel rod is relatively light and easy to handle, making it ideal for spot sampling. It can also be used in conjunction with our conditioning case, which allows the gas to be expanded and any liquids to be separated.
A reinforced design with a new handle and a new carrying case for greater flexibility and safety!
A new sliding locking handle:
The GENIE 701 portable sampling cane features a sturdy crank handle for easy insertion and removal, without the need for additional tools.
The crank can now be locked by sliding the ring on the green indicator in the direction indicated by the arrow.

The GENIE 701 portable walking stick now comes in a sturdy carrying case with foam protection and storage pockets. The case can be padlocked for added security.

Easy to transport and install, the GENIE 701 rod is particularly well suited to spot sampling in refineries, chemical plants or natural gas plants.
