These GENIE 755 sampling probes, with integrated membrane and pressure regulation at the tip of the probe, are installed on flanges supplied and painted by SOCLEMA. SOCMS safety manifolds were also installed at the sampling probe outlet to control pressure and block gas flow if necessary. The installation was carried out by a SOCLEMA technician to replace old GENIE GPRiL sampling probes.

This equipment is designed to measure impurities in hydrogen from various production processes on pilot plants or production sites.

GENIE 750 sampling probes are designed for sampling network-quality natural gas. They can be inserted and removed from the pressurized pipeline by means of a full-opening valve, without the need for special tools. These probes are available in a range of lengths, from 20 cm to 1.22 m, and their insertion length is adjustable.

In this case, the probes were made to order in specific lengths according to the customer's specifications.

They are fitted with a membrane at the end; the membrane separates liquids and particles so that the sample is free of them.

 SOCLEMA supplied some thirty sampling probes for a steam cracker in northern France. These sampling probes were installed in various ethylene production areas, used in the manufacture of plastics.

These are GENIE 760 sampling probes with FKM and HNBR 985 seals connected to chromatographs for measuring impurities and moisture in ethylene.

These sampling probes were installed as part of a scheduled maintenance program to replace compression seal fittings, to ensure greater safety and pressure resistance.

A conditioning enclosure that allows the gas sample to be taken and conditioned with a separator and a heated pressure regulator, all flange-mounted.

Usually, this type of enclosure is fitted with a membrane probe. In this case, however, a non-membrane probe(GENIE GPHV) has been selected, as it is more resistant to high flow rates. Separation is ensured by a separator installed in the enclosure. This GENIE 133 separator has a larger internal volume than other GENIE separators, making it easier to remove large quantities of liquid.

The ZEGAZ HCD500 dew point analyzer was integrated into a cabinet and connected on site.

This portable sampling system enables a gas sample to be conditioned in complete safety, with sampling via a sampling probe. The trolley is used to sample synthesis gas produced by pyrogasification of dry biomass. It connects directly to the sampling probe.

The equipment is designed to condition the gas sample before it passes through the analyzers, the aim being to cool the sample and trap the tars before analysis.

Tars are separated and "trapped" in a bottle using the MERLIN cyclonic separator.

This equipment is part of the METHAGRID project, which aims to develop a process for the biological methanation of hydrogen and/or syngas from biomass gasification, with a view to injecting bio-methane into transmission networks.

In refining processes, on-line analyzers used to continuously monitor fuel properties are essential to ensure that the final product is within the permitted tolerance.

Unfortunately, liquid fuels often form emulsions with particles and water, preventing optical reading of a colorimeter. Water in emulsion can also form deposits on the analyzer cell, creating an inaccurate and unreliable reading.

TOTAL has finally found the solution for clarifying kerosene prior to crystal point and color analysis: the Singa Galaxy separator.

The Singa Galaxy separator installed by SOCLEMA is really effective. The video shows that there is no water at all when the kerosene sample leaves the Singa Galaxy separator.

Maintenance is considerably reduced and analysis can be carried out correctly.

This system can also be used for other hydrocarbons, such as diesel.

A Singa Galaxy separator was installed for a similar application at Petroineos, where it also proved its efficiency.
